Cancellation & Refunds
At Nukes, we strive to provide the best products to our customers. Please
carefully review your order before confirming your purchase.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
To cancel an order, please reach out to us at contactus@nukes.in or DM us.
Refund
The refund will be issued to the source account within 2-3 working days.
Return and Exchange policy
Product can be exchanged/returned in case of incorrect size or incorrect item being delivered.
Exchanges/Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery of all orders. Product should be unwashed and unused and returned with original packaging , labels and receipts. A Rs. 100/- fee is charged for exchanges/returns. Reverse pickup is arranged through our logistic partners. Refunds for returned items will be credited back to the original payment account.
Shipping time
Once your order is processed shipping usually takes 4-7 working days for delivery across India. You will receive tracking details as soon s your order is dispatched.
